Care Navigators

We have a wonderful team of Care Navigators. Alyssa, Danielle, Jess, Olivia, Skylah, Mia, Tracey and Vanessa. They will be your first point of contact. They may sometimes need to know the nature of your problem, but be assured that there are good reasons for this and the care navigators are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors.
