Receptionists

The receptionists have the sometimes difficult task of ensuring that appointments, telephones and general office duties run smoothly. Please help them by being a ‘patient’ patient. They may sometimes need to know the nature of your problem, but be assured that there are good reasons for this and the receptionists are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors.
